My iPhone 4 is broken! :(

The silent button does nothing, not even produce the bell symbol on screen.

The phone makes zero noise when it is ringing or I get a text, nothing at all.

It doesn't vibrate even though it's turned on.

When I plug headphones in, the music is played through the phone speaker, not the headphones. There is zero sound through the headphones when they are plugged in properly. so I know the phone speakers work and I have no problem talking on the phone, just can't hear it ring or text. The button sounds don't work either.

The alarm does work

I took my phone apart but don't have a clue what I'm looking at, fiddled a little but didn't want to go crazy and forget how it goes back together etc.

I could with a little a guidance though.
