iPod touch 1st touchscreen problem

Hello, I have iPod touch 1st and right side of touchscreen won't work. P key on keyboard doesn't work at all and others from right side works half of key(L, delete key, top right key and right bottom key). I've tryed to change the touchscreen, it work for a while(5-10min) and then goes to the same. Maybe someone knows how to fix it?
Update: I've tried to restore several times with no luck :/
