Not registering GPU or CPU temperature. How can I repair?

Hi,

I've been running SMC fan control and istat pro to compensate for this problem. I've noticed that the both the CPU and GPU temperature readings do not budget from 32 degrees, therefore, the fan does not seem to adjust on its own for cooling. What inside the computer is measuring these temperatures and can it be isolated and replaced? Thanks.

Options

You can replace them - the GPU sensor will be a hard one to locate.
