My iPhone 4 keeps saying error 21 when I restore it?
I have tried legit for days to fix this. when it is plugged into the computer it will stay on but as soon as its unplugged it goes blank and wont turn on. I have tried holding the home and power button like other sites have said but still have no luck. I was thinking it was a bad battery maybe? Please help!
