Weird colors after screen replacement (too bright, cyan)

Hey there,
I broke two pins on the LCD connector in earlier attempts to replace the dock connector. The screen was all white and with weird lines and stuff. So I bought a new digitiser. It made things a little better, but bit the screen is not working properly at all: The colours are all

What could be wrong? Did I buy a broken screen, is it an error on the logic board (maybe the connector on the lb), or did I assemble the screen in a wrong way?
