Waterdamaged iPhone 4, no charge, no itunes connect

I have a waterdamaged iphone 4. It previously wouldn't turn on, but I cleaned the logic board with rubbing alcohol and replaced the battery. Afterwards, the phone turns on and everything functions perfectly - except the dock connector. It won't charge or connect to itunes. I tried replacing the dock connector still with no luck. Any ideas?
