problem with my keyboard

History

Hi everybody, i got a problem with my keyboard. Sometimes it's disconnect and i have to restart my computer if i want to use it again. I precise that isn't a bluetooth keyboard but my original keyboard. I don't why and when this problem comes. Can you help me?

Sorry - I didn't grok it was a new machine - hold down the D key at startup that will take you into it.
