Apple boot logo with no button response. Logic Board?

I have already swapped logic boards with another known good phone. With one logic board everything works fine. With the other all I get is the apple boot logo and no response from either buttons. itunes does not recognize the phone nor does phoneview. I compared the two boards side by side. The only sign of damage to the non working board was where the 1.4mm screw goes in to hold the wifi antenna the threads and bung are completely missing. could this be causing my issue or is there another place on the board I should look?
