dont have heat gun to warm adhesive to remove front glass

I am trying to replace the broken screen. I need to remove the broken glass but dont have heat gun to warm adhesive are there any other ways to do this??
You could TRY a good hairdryer. Hold it in a single place longer than you would do a heat gun.
