It has a problem with the Lens, it is stocked, apparently one of my kids dropped it and it got stocked

Miguel J, this is one of the most common errors with digital cameras. For some of the better ideas on how to fix it, check this site. Of course, you can disassemble the camera and make sure that all the ribbon cables are connected, also check for loose or broken contacts. One more possibility would be to replace the lens assembly, and it is not a terrible job. You can get the service manual from here. You could check for a quote from places like this, or id you are somewhere in the UK from here. Hope this helps, good luck.
