Ghost or phantom touchscreen on iPad , iPhone and iPod?

hello,

I've been having some troubles with an iPad. The screen is being pressed all the time (random places) by an invisible finger.

YES, the iPad did fell and cracked the touchscreen.

After replacement the ghost or invisible finger is still here.

Been doing some internet lookup and it looks like it's a common problem. Even a few iPod's and iPhone's seem to be infected. Some say it could be motherboard related.

any ideas?
