Hello again fellow ifixit members I have 2 iPhone 3G's that I just bought LCDs for. But when I attach the LCDs to the Digitzers and then to the phones I get black screens(Usually because the device was not fully powered off properly).

However, the problem is if I attach the LCDs without the Digitzers and bend them to sit like it normally would with a digitizer on, it would turn on and boot to the apple logo then to the springboard. Now if I push the flex of the LCD in any way the screens gain distorted lines and/or turn white. These are LCDs(two) I just received from eBay. Is there a fix or are these just cheap LCDs and I should get my money back and buy quality screens.
