How can I clean an iPhone digitizer

there are some smudges on an iphone 4 digitizer.(the mirror like piece) what cleaning product can i use without damaging any components?

Options

Lint free cloth. Or lint free cloth moistened with a bit of water, not enough water to even make a drop. Water will damage dock and internal components, so do not get water near these.

I would suggest a lint free cloth, there are some really good microfiber cloths that are antistatic. As for a liquid, I actually do not suggest using water; What I use is Denatured alcohol.
