water damage, keeps saying error 2001 when try to restore

I accidentally didn't put my waterproof case correctly on my iPhone, and then I went swimming in the sea. first I removed the rear case and put the iPhone in rice for a day. After two days I completely teared down my iPhone and tried to clean it with liquor (because I couldn't find pure alcohol). I have no Idea if that also works but when I put my iPhone back together, it first kind of worked. sometimes the screen wasn't really 'smooth' and the home button and battery weren't working.
But a few minutes later my iPhone gave me the screen that I had to restore it. When I tried it said unknown error (2001)
What should I do?
