My acer aspire one ZG5 wont turn on

I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING.

i changed my password a while ago and could remember it and got locked out a while after that it just cut off and it hasnt turned on ever since then. I have tried taking out the battery and cord then pressing the power button for 30 sec. then plugged it up and pressing power again but nothing the only thing that happens is the fan comes on.

please help
