Why won't the battery hold a charge?

History

4G iPhone got wet, dried out, cleaned, changed battery. Works great except the battery won't hold a charge fo long, any ideas?

I would suggest just replace the battery. Lithium batteries don't hold up well after being in contact with water. Anytime we work on a water damaged device we change out the battery.

Brad: he did mention he changed the battery.

Bev: is your phone getting really hot when it drains fast? there may be a short or damaged connection that could be causing your battery to drain
