Apple logo keeps flashing after battery change

History

so i changed my iphone 4 battery and it just keeps on flashing the apple logo after connecting to PC, what can i do?

try putting the old battery in and see if the problem still exists. if not you may have a duff battery or charging port...sometimes batteries ship out with a depleted charge and you simply can't charge enough from a pc, try a wall charger for 1 hour and see if that helps.
