iP4 Touch Screen still not working after replacing LCD

History

My iPhone 4 touch screen suddenly didn't work. It was never dropped.

Then I bought a new LCD (with digitizer) and replaced it, but the touch screen still has no response.

What could be the problem? I have already checked the connectivity and reinstalled it 2 times.

I am thinking of buying another LCD, but before that just want to make sure its the problem of the LCD, or if it is other problems, e.g. PCB.
