Where to get rubber washers for antenna plate?

I replaced the SSD hard drive of my mac mini. Now the rubber washers, which insulate the antenna plate from the inner components are broken. The result is an overheated computer, which switches itself off. With no antenna plate it works ok.

Now my question: who sells such rubber washers for the two 6.6 mm T8 Torx screws, holding the antenna plate?
