Why does my wifi signal keep dropping, and is very weak?

After i replaced my iPhone 4 front screen, my wifi has been very weak and eventually goes away completely. I am confused, is the wifi connected to the middle bezel or motherboard? Or if anyone have some advice I could really use it. Thanks.
