Dell XPS 14z was bought in the US last April and brought it here in the Philippines. It won't turn on unless it is plugged in. I tried searching and doing the "uninstall Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery" many times but it's still the same. On the adapter it says 110-240V on it. We use 220V here.
