How do I reset the OPS?

I changed the OS to Linux Ubuntu, but now I want to put Windows 7 back on the netbook. Now when I changed it I wiped the recovery partition as well. Now I can't get past the flash screen as I have been able to delete the Linux partitions. Please help me....

Do you have a system disk that came with your Mini? Any chance you deleted the partition that may have had the factory OS on it?
