Mike Speaker not working while receiving call but works with spkr?

When I receive a call after hearing the bell ringing, I do not hear any voice neither caller party hears my voice. But when I put the loud speaker on its works fine. No voice comes if I press any key or shut down phone.
Please help me to resolve this problem.
