I am getting an echo in the voice when I am on a vido chat. It is on my computer not the other party;s computer. I have tried to adjust the sound in the settings but no luck, do you have a suggestion?

Use a 3rd party voice quality microphone/headphone. They are made expressly for dictation, word recognition software and this sort of thing.
