volume botton replacing - after strip tear off

Hi,
I have opened my HTC for replacing LCD + TOUCH,
Model HTC Sensation XL 315e
But the button strip tear off - now it has no connector, it is just coming from the PCB, I can't find out how to connect it? (if I buy new one), also one of the COAX connector wire plug just broke (I need new coax I guess)
Can any one help, I didn't see even one movie on the net about how to replace the volume buttons
