Difficult to get the case open
Before ordering the battery I am trying to see if I can get the case open using a spudger. So far I have not been able to open my iPod 3rd Gen Model 1040 case

pMurph1, just follow the guide from here. It is a bit of a bear to open, but with some patience (and sometimes a very small straight screwdriver) it should not be to difficult.
