How much will it cost to repair my logic board and battery?
My Macbook Air has water damage. Apple quoted over $700 to replace the logic board and battery. I would like to know if these can be repaired, or if I would be better off selling it for parts and buying a new one.

I'd check with these folks on my logic board repair. Looks like they charge $350 to $375 for a MBA logic board repair. I've used them on other logic board repairs with success: http://dttservice.com/macbookair.html

Buy a battery and a logic board on Ebay and do it yourself! You save minimum 50%!

I would say just buy a new MacBook Air..... any new logicboard will cost more then the depreciated value of this computer at this point
If you get another mid 2011, save it for parts, if not, disassemble it and sell the parts on eBay, minus the SSD for privacy reasons
DO NOT sell the battery, it's likely shorted, you can sell the logicboard as a as-is part for anyone who wants to ATTEMPT repair
Logicboard repair is simply too hit or miss for a machine at this price point to replace altogether
