New topcase- keyboard not working

History

I replaced the topcase on my macbook pro with a replacement here from ifixit.

Everything works- keyboard backlight is great; however, the keyboard and the power button are not responsive.

Go back over the cables and connectors from the keyboard to the logic board. This is the DIY volunteer help forum - If trouble continues contact iFixit.
