I cannot send photos from my BBM

I can send plain BBM's but when I attach a photo it does not get sent.

Check you haven't gone over your limit for your contract... Here it isn't included in free texts etc but they are billed separately or you get 50 free etc. otherwise check your settings are updated/restored from backup
