On Button/Power Up Issue

History

I seem to have a power up problem; it takes several tries to boot (and reboot following a shut down). The hard drive was just replaced and runs fine (Disk Utility said no issues as well). Any suggestions?

Try a VRAM and PRAM reset... Check your RAM is completely seated.
