Passive Seatbelt is stuck halfway down track?
The driver's side automatic seatbelt is stuck halfway down the track. I don't hear any effort to retract when i open/close the door or try turning off the engine. It's stuck pretty good, it won't move when i try manually.

Sam Collins, I am a strong believer in seatbelts and their function. If yours is stuck in the halfway position, I really would have it properly serviced or replaced. Not that you would not do a good job, but your life, or the life of your family, might depend on it. Replace it....:)
