when turning device, letters will not rotate with it.
I can only read my Kindle Fire in the short stubby side.
will not allow me read in any other position. I have allowed the battery to go totally dead before recharging, thinking this might solve problem. But alas It didn't help.
It's frozen in one position. How do I clear this up. It is only 2mo.old.

marlene johnson, try to tap on the Settings icon (looks like a gear) in the top right corner of the screen. You should see where you can lock and unlock the screen position. More on that on here, hope this helps, good luck.
