Yes and No. The LCD Display and Digitizer are compatible. The difference is that the Screw Mounts of the Display Mounting Bracket are in Different Locations. If you want a iPhone 4 CDMA Display, buy just that a iPhone 4 CDMA Display.

Yes. They are compatible and there is no difference of Screw Mounts.

There is one leg that needs to be clipped completely off, and one of the corners needs to be slightly trimmed (or completely cut off) to accommodate the screw, but otherwise, it's do-able.
