Why do we have to remove the warranty sticker?

History

Is it absolutely necessary to remove the warranty stickers off the psp 300x ?

According to Step 3 of the Motherboard Guide, there is a warranty sticker covering a screw. If you want the rear case off, so must go that sticker.

Like I said, the sticker is covering a screw. You can't remove the screw without removing the sticker. Look at the guide.
