I've been researching the issue and thoroughly searching for a solution. As of yet, I have not managed to find anything particularly helpful. It appears that the hooks not coming with the replacement Front Panel packages is rather common, and they do not appear to be sold on their own.

The iFixit guide, located here, states that "If the replacement front panel does not have these installed already, carefully remove and transfer them from the old panel to the replacement." Which may suggest that some replacement panels will come with the hooks.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help. But I'll continue to search for an alternative source for the hooks.

Otherwise, we'll just have to come up with an alternative solution.

These are light diffusers. Not having them will not affect the phone other than not illuminating as well. I have never seen any with the replacement digitizer. I usually buy wet or damaged phones and recycle the parts.

I have wasted sooooo much time trying to locate these things! I ended up fashioning some out of a thin, clear plastic case that micro sd cards come in. It worked well enough, though the plastic was a little too thick for my liking. The factory ones are razor thin. If anyone locates these for sale, I will buy a giant bag of them! Seriously!
