should that be a question ? if yes - pleas ask your own question and give us a few more details (had you tried different headsets and so on)

my i-pod shuffle has no audio,i've tried other earphones but wont work

it takes a charge & turns on but no audio, help? thank you,could all my songs got earsed so how?

mendezantonio66 we do not know that you are asking a question if you post it as an answer. You get more great help if you ask your own question. IT is easy and will help you getting it fixed. Good luck BTW your songs are probably okay. It is possible that it is your audio jack
