Volume/Power flex cable help?

while i was removing the old flex cable I'm guessing I used to much force and this happened.
I was wondering if I could still solder the new flex cable on the logic board like this, or is it a problem and are there any solutions.
I don't want to mess it up more if this is an issue, so your help is appreciated.
