iPhone 3G can not start

My problem is simple. 2 weeks ago I changed back cover on my Iphone 3G and when I reassembled it back my Iphone did not turn on . I plugged it in and I heard some whistle and when I tried to turn it on again , only apple logo appeared for 10 seconds and it turned off again. I am sure it is logic board problem because I put it in my friend's Iphone and had same effect.

Is your phone jailbroken? Did you try a hard reset? Did you try to restore the phone through iTunes?
