My iPod screen is scratched.
Ok my iPod touch (2nd generation) is scratched. I have watched videos on how to repair the screen. But I have no idea how to repair the screen. Could you please help me repair the screen. Or give me some tips and tell me what to do. And could you tell me where to buy the repair parts. Please email me at janelewangel@ao

Here is the part you need to replace the front glass/touch screen, you can purchase it in ifixit.com's parts store.
the repair guide can be found here, you can study the guide beforehand to see if it's something you're comfortable doing yourself.

2nd generation?!
Hard to open, you'd better keep your scratched screen, scratches are normal and it's better scratched than dusty under the glass (it's hard to change the front glass)
Don' do it, sorry for iFixit guys, but opening an iPod 2nd gen is very hard, in most cases it could break or damage the screen (veeery fragile!).
Keep the screen scratched, unless you are experienced in changing iPod parts.
