No Signal after battery replacement (iPhone 3GS)

I have opened my 3GS to replace battery and did reassembly after battery replacement. I am getting Wi-Fi but not the carrier signal. From the articles here, I found that I did something wrong when I removed "Do not Remove" label.

Can anyone help in fixing my issue>

Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

First you best check the nr 7 connector. It is located in the bottom right of the logic board. This is the antenna for the cellular (carrier signal) network. It can sometimes be very difficult to properly mount this connector.

If you are certain this connector is seated ok please make a picture of the logic board around this nr 7 connector. Maybe you have chipped something off the logic board.

Thanks for the picture. I do think to see something unusual around the antenna part. Can you take a closer picture of the bottom right corner as I can not clearly see it on this picture.
