How can I reboot my razr?

History

Hi! I was charging my droid razr and all of the sudden, it goes off and it wont do anything! Tried to reboot it by pressing and holding power button and volume button but it wont turn on. Please help!!!

Sara, I would try this first. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons on the right side of the device for about 10 seconds. This should restart your phone.

I had to hold mine down for about 30 - 45 seconds, letting go when my fingers couldn't take it any more. Then about 7 - 10 seconds later it rebooted.
