LCD Display replacement: info please

History

First, sorry for my bad english.

My problem:

I should to replace the iMac 17 Intel 2.0 ghz display (usually defect).

Googling the display model (LM171W02 TL B2, is it?)

i've finded this.

So I contacted the seller and asked him if that item is compatible with an iMac 17 Intel 2.0 ghz.

the answer was:

this for imac g5 all in one machine.

the research done so far, inticated that LM171W02 TL B2 display is compatible for iMac 17 Intel.

i'm going crazy.

Please, help me.

Tell me if LM171W02 TL B2 display is certainly compatible with an iMac 17 Intel 2.0 ghz.
