iPhone 3GS keeps dropping signal.

After dropping my iphone too many times i started to notice that it begins to drop calls or some times have no service. Then other times its working perfectly fine but i don't know what is exactly is wring with it can someone point me to a guide and the tools or kit i would need to purchase to fix it.
