Arm on water bucket broke off. Fix it or replace it?

Somehow the pivot arm on the water bucket broke off of the bucket itself. I am not sure how it was attached and it looks like maybe a bracket is missing. Is there a drawing showing how the arm works or is there a replacement available? I am assuming the arm pivots and stops the unit when the bucket is full.
