iPhone 4 memory upgrade for new iPhone?

Can I upgrade the memory from my broken iphone4 to my new iphone 4? The only thing this broken on the old one is the digitizer cable.

Options

If each iPhone is an iPhone 4 (not one is a 4 an one is a 4s) then you can take the logic board out of the old one and then put it into the new one. Just follow these directions:
