Failing Video or Logic Card

Any idea? OS Lion. All SW current. Video or logic card? Problem started with Lion so I'm also suspecting this could be the issue.

Here's a video of the issue? It has happened multiple times.

That is most likely a problem with your Operating system and drivers or video memory. On this laptop the system memory is shared with the video memory. If you have them, I'd try known good memory sticks and see if the problem continues. If that doesn't work or you don't have any sitting around, I'd roll back to the previous operating system.

Does it do this in programs also or just the Operating System GUI (graphical user interface)? How much RAM do you have installed? What are the last 3 characters of your serial number?

Currently RAM is 2GB awaiting 4GB card suspecting that could be the problem. This only happens when the Macbook goes to sleep (no screen saver) and is woke up at a keystroke. Last 3 numbers of the serial number: 0HB

I suspected it might be RAM starvation since it is on the min side of the Lion requirements hence ordering the upgrade.

Thanks.
