Why is my phone's front camera not working?

I can launch rear camera but when I turn into front camera, it stops and screen is blacked then shutter button and other buttons can seen but they are not working.

What can I do for this problem? Please help.

This sounds like a software issue. Try updating your phone to the latest software and try opening the front camera again.
