Can I change the graphics card?

I have the 2.66ghz model, with an ATI Radeon HD 2600 graphics card. I have read that it can and cannot be upgraded. If not, what else can I do to increase the performance of my Mac?

A faster hard drive can be installed or a SSD drive. Your optical drive can be removed, an adapter put in for a second internal hard drive and the optical put in an external case. Using TechTools Pro the hard drive can be defragmented and volume optimized.
