The touchscreen's left edge part is not responding

The touchscreen's left edge part is not responding after I use a bad charger. When I touch the left edge part it will shows on the nearest touchable location is being touching.

Do I have to replace a touchscreen or it's just somewhere corrupt and I can fix it myself?

I will upload a video to show the problem soon.

@lingluo_318cyz you will need to replace the display assembly since the touch screen is part of that assembly. You mentioned that this happened after you used a bad charger, there is also the minute possibility that this is caused by a failed Touch IC. That would be bad since that would require a complete board level repair. Anyhow for now, just replace the display and give it a try.

Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use the one from here It is written in Spanish, so use a browser that translate it for you, if needed. Replacement screen are readily available at plenty of online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
