Invalid MAC Address, TV won't connect to WiFi

A couple of days ago, while watching YouTube on my TV, the WiFi got disconnected (router/internet had no issue). Upon trying to reconnect to WiFI through the settings, I received the error "Invalid MAC Address."

Since then I've tried several methods of troubleshooting I've found on Samsung forums; turning the TV and router off/on, resetting network settings, and factory resetting.

Now, when I search for wireless networks the box "Searching for wireless networks" appears and after about 30-40 seconds it disappears without showing me any wireless options. I live in an apartment where there are many routers around, and none shows after the dialogue - it just disappears without giving me an error code. On the Network Status screen, it says;

No network info found.

MAC Address: 00:00:00:00:00:00

IP Address: 0.0.0.0

What can I do to fix this issue, does anyone have any ideas? Thank you for your time, and help.

It sounds like the NIC ( Network Interface Card ) or the main board went bad on you. I’d recommend calling Samsung care and seeing if that would be covered under warranty, they cover quite a bit.
